At Norco Trailers, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to California’s “no cooling off” period and the nature of trailer sales, we are unable to accept returns once a trailer has been delivered and titled.
Important Information:
- No Cooling-Off Period: Under California law, trailer purchases do not include a cooling-off period. Once the sale is finalized, the purchase is binding.
- Titled Upon Delivery: Trailers are titled in the customer’s name upon delivery, making them a final sale purchase we cannot undo.
